- Your CompetitionIn General DiscussionNovember 22, 2022Thank you Ms. Graham for your question. Forsee, LLC respond to the industry in the fertilizer industry by creating a product that requires less energy. Another goal is to produce a product that is not solely dependent on exportation. Some fertilizers are made from natural gas or potash, which the U.S. purchases from other countries such as China Russia, and Canada. The pandemic caused a shortage and increased cost in exporting of goods, which leads to increased cost to the farmer, and is passed along to the consumer. One way to compete in the market is to provide a product easily assessable, ubiquitous, and renewable. We can agree that the Afro hair collected from barber shops is a renewable product, in the sense that black men receive these services on a weekly basis. At times these services are performed for some individuals 2-3 times weekly as a result of social media coverage. I cant give a efficient evaluation as to if Forsee products are better than other fire retardants that exist on the market. With research one of the goals is to definitely compare the efficiency of this polymer against other fire-resistant products. The research that has been performed thus far shows that it is provides a viable base for competition.10
- How can the people help you to bring this to the forefront ?In General DiscussionNovember 20, 2022Thank you Mr. Williams for your question. A collaborative effect is needed to build the infrastructure of the purchase, manufacturing, and sale of the product. Donations are very important which will be used for further research, and creating the first ready pick up service involving the sale of hair in the U.S. The barbers will definitely be leading the forefront in the collecting and sale of the product. A strong intention in the community is needed in spreading financial literacy, economic development, and the cycling of Black dollars is a must, but a viable resource is needed to produce cyclable dollars. Developing the mindset "to drop the bucket where you are," in the sense that communities can transition its mind to produce a resource, depend on the resource to sustain its own community, instead of looking for outside resources.00
